Can I return or exchange a personalised item?

Returns and Refunds

Each Mark My Word keepsake is made to order and personalised using your chosen handwriting. Because each piece is created specifically for you, I generally cannot accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or simply because you no longer wish to keep your order.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact me so I can work with you to resolve the issue.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

What if my order arrives damaged?

I take great care in packaging your order, but if something arrives damaged, please send me a photo of the item and packaging within 7 days of delivery so I can help to remake your order asap.
